Title: Director, Video Products

Responsible for determining the strategy, direction and product management of the Spectrum TV product line. Drive customer experience through the creation and delivery of Video Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) roadmap including: Video On Demand (VOD) portfolio management, diagnostics and monitoring product requirements, transactional video, new transcoding formats, and internal and competitive analysis. Operate as agile product owner for consumer video products, including CPE and Consumer Owner and Managed devices, including associated back office systems. Develop, implement and launch new products and features, including hardware and software. Build relationships and establish credibility with internal and external team members to direct planning and implementation teams while driving deliverable timelines. Drive enterprise-level video product ownership of more than 10 million subscribers. Develop and review use cases, define business rules and gain consensus with peers for implementation across the enterprise. Define and manage development and implementation of product requirements for all new CPE devices and updates to existing CPE models. Plan and implement product deployment and upgrades in close partnership with project management organization. Support firmware upgrades, or Arris Technicolor operating systems, IP-based requirements, and native and cloud-based solutions for multiple equipment devices. Determine and monitor key performance customer experience indicators for the video product portfolio.
Bachelor s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related field and 3 years of experience operating as agile product owner for consumer video products, including CPE and Consumer Owner and Managed devices, including associated back office systems; and driving enterprise-level video product ownership of more than 10 million subscribers.
