Looking for a proven, dynamic, creative Marketing Director to drive and enhance our leadership position within our North American business. This position will lead the North America brand strategy for Samsonite, American Tourister and Hartmann. This includes all aspects of the consumer experience, managing the brand\u2019s image, mission, message and promise, infusing it into all parts of the company. Responsible for managing a portfolio of marketing communications projects \u2013 both digital and traditional - helping to strengthen awareness and increase Brand Heat of Samsonite, American Tourister and Hartmann. This includes managing messaging, campaigns and content across the spectrum of brand communications - catalog, digital, social, PR and wholesale merchandising experience, specifically leading creative concepting, copywriting, design, public relations, mission-based strategic partnerships, and key messaging. Responsible for company-wide alignment bringing together dynamic teams across multiple departments and functions to create a single brand strategy that supports aggressive growth targets. You will need a proven and tenured track record of leadership, innovation, traditional and digital expertise. This role will lead the development of creative and digital initiatives in concert with marketing, ecommerce and sales leaders to help convert prospects, attract new customers, and to engage our very large and diverse customer base. \nResponsibilities \n
\u2022 Establish and develop an effective consumer-led, marketing strategy and plans with clear and consistent direction that increases revenue across all channels, deepens our engagement with the consumers, and maintains Brand health\u2022 Manages a marketing working budget that ensures projects and collaborations are within budget\u2022 Provide brand management, strategic leadership, team collaboration, functional excellence across our brands \u2022 Partners with external creative teams to develop and produce concepts that are commercially viable and engage with our consumer\u2022 Focus on the consumer journey and experience by providing creativity and insight to optimize and elevate the customer experience across all marketing disciplines\u2022 Develop and drive brand architecture for the Samsonite, American Tourister and Hartmann brand to ensure consistency in messaging across all consumer touch points \u2013 packaging, displays, collateral, media, PR and online\u2022 Audit the brands\u2019 digital footprint, identify marketing opportunities that support business goals and drive best-in-class implementation\u2022 Responsible for implementing brand standards and strategies across all creative execution and responsible for ensuring consistency across all touchpoints\u2022 Align with overall business goals and ensure every consumer touch point in in line with the business objectives\u2022 Develop and execute launch plans for all products \u2013 in store, online and D2C including but not limited to Displays, Packaging, Collateral, Branding, Online Assets, Naming Conventions, D2C Assets\u2022 Oversees the online presence and digital marketing activities for the brands\u2022 Monitors and regularly reports on digital content marketing trends and competitive analysis\u2022 Increase our capabilities around digital innovations, evolving our digital marketing and storytelling\u2022 Directs all aspects of the \u201cdigital supply chain\u201d from marketing messaging, asset creation, content and delivery\u2022 Oversee brands\u2019 marketing spend and reports on best practices, benchmarks and KPI\u2019s\u2022 Build, lead, and develop a team that drives an innovative portfolio of marketing communications and concepts across different marketing channels \n

\u2022 10 plus years of relevant work experience in the area of Brand & Digital Marketing in a related industry\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree with additional experience in consumer brand marketing roles \u2022 Brand Positioning experience\u2022 Prior knowledge and experience building and managing in house and external creative resources \u2022 Leader with experience building and managing a diverse marketing team\u2022 Proven ability to be creative and think strategically\u2022 Strong presentation skills with ability to clearly and persuasively articulate ideas \u2022 Excellent team-orientation\u2022 Works well in fast-paced environment\u2022 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills\u2022 Experience developing and executing an Omni Channel Marketing strategy \u2022 Experience managing a Marketing Working Budget
