Manage Union Employees: Kronos and Rosters updates; attendance report, overtime reports, absenteeism, skills matrix and training follow up. Follow up disciplinary actions. Support implementation of NBT (Natural Business Teams) S).
Manage and Control Materials in all processes. Elaborating, coordinating and executing with Union personnel a cycle count program, tracking transactions on QAD, doing actions plans to reduce inventory variations, ensuring production reports are getting into QAD system correctly in order to have high inventory confidentiality. Also once a year coordinate annual physical count.
Manage and check if material handling equipment can be optimized (forklifts, tuggers) ensuring that people perform forklift checklist in order to prevent accidents and damages.
Manage and track monthly Budget assigned.
Analyze and fix non-safety conditions reported from personnel and medical department.
Develop Improvement Projects that helps to improve business profitability, validating effectiveness of working systems implemented.
Participate on meeting of different multidisciplinary teams and meetings defined by area.
Academic and Experience
Must have a high school education or GED equivalent
Must complete training in post-employment, and individual department specified training (internal)
3 years of experience in Logistics, Traffic, Inventory Control, Storage, packaging design, people management
Automotive Industry experience
· APICS (Ideal).
· ERP, MRP, EDI.
· Production Control Tools
· ISO/TS and environmental systems.
· Analysis and Problem Solving.
· People Management.
· Packaging Engineering.
