Demonstrate strong technical expertise in the hazardous and non-hazardous waste assessment and remediation field
Strong track record of successfully leading major business pursuits including leading proposal preparation, client engagement activities and management of a multidisciplinary team executing the project.
Mentorship of junior staff in minor business pursuits and project management of scope, schedule and costs for projects.
Work with regional leadership to identify and develop strategic clients, contributing to the regional business plan and growth.
Integrate into regional and market facing leadership teams to provide dynamic growth and opportunity for the region.
Engage with a diverse and energetic staff base within the region and across the globe.
What you will bring to the team
Proven experience in delivering strong leadership capability and successful management of environmental compliance projects with a deep understanding of industry standards; if you have a background in environmental compliance and remediation requirements leading a successful team this could be a career enhancing move.
Your experience of providing technical recommendations for bids as well as writing and crafting proposals for projects
Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues concisely
Technical problem solving for air quality challenges
B.S. or M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology or a related field of study
5 to 7 plus years of environmental experience at the leadership level, consulting experience is highly desired.
