Job Description:

Working with the Environmental team this position offers a leadership opportunity and will see you involved in
  • This is an opportunity to demonstrate your local knowledge and be involved in challenging projects that will offer an opportunity to provide technical solutions as a subject matter expert.
  • We are seeking self-motivated and active networkers who value building credible relationships with clients and the community. You'll need to be flexible in your approach to challenges, and have a strong ability to think laterally in delivering technical solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise in the hazardous and non-hazardous waste assessment and remediation field
  • Strong track record of successfully leading major business pursuits including leading proposal preparation, client engagement activities and management of a multidisciplinary team executing the project.
  • Mentorship of junior staff in minor business pursuits and project management of scope, schedule and costs for projects.
  • Work with regional leadership to identify and develop strategic clients, contributing to the regional business plan and growth.
  • Integrate into regional and market facing leadership teams to provide dynamic growth and opportunity for the region.
  • Engage with a diverse and energetic staff base within the region and across the globe.

What you will bring to the team
  • Proven experience in delivering strong leadership capability and successful management of environmental compliance projects with a deep understanding of industry standards; if you have a background in environmental compliance and remediation requirements leading a successful team this could be a career enhancing move.
  • Your experience of providing technical recommendations for bids as well as writing and crafting proposals for projects
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues concisely
  • Technical problem solving for air quality challenges
  • B.S. or M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology or a related field of study
  • 5 to 7 plus years of environmental experience at the leadership level, consulting experience is highly desired.
