HR Regional Coordinator

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a HR Regional Coordinator. Obtain and maintain employee records and driver files to ensure information is accurate and compliant, and that it is entered into the HR/Payroll system for proper allocation of pay and benefits. Provide regular customer service to potential new hires and internal customers. Administer pre-employment process.

Position Responsibilities:
Conduct all pre-employment background checks and ensure the results meet Sunbelt standards.
Ensure appropriate action is taken when pre-employment results do not meet our company standards (i.e., pre-adverse letter, call manager, notify recruiting, terminate onboarding event, etc.).
Communicate the pre-employment background, MVR, and drug test results to the onboarding specialist in a timely manner.
Prepare file and check list for pre-hires, including pre-employment check off sheet to hand off to onboarding specialist.
Audit new hire file after completion
Scan and attach appropriate new hire forms into HCM system.
Obtain and process changes in the HCM system for employees as requested by the field.
Participate in answering HR Hotline calls and on LiveChat.
Participate in the Open Enrollment process through tracking and processing paperwork as needed.
Participate in the acquisition process as needed.
Test HRIS systems as needed.
Perform other duties assigned as by the manager.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
2-4 years of administrative or general office work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and motivation to get the job done
Proven discretion in handling confidential matters
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to Multi-task, and be highly organized
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and ability to learn other software applications as integrated or required.
Associate s Degree and/or HR-related work experience preferred
Workday experience preferred

Physical Demands:
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt s safety policies and guidelines. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
