POSITION
Sales & Event Coordinator


DESCRIPTION
Assists with both Venue Operations & Venue Sales tasks effectively through thoughtful decision making, proactive communication, and delivering superior results while demonstrating our core values.


LOCATION
Aristide in Mansfield, TX


PAY
$35k + Commission


HOURS
Full-Time


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Assist with managing inquiries including general communication and Follow-Ups.
• Assist with Operation emails.
• Lead any sales tours assigned and take Drop-In tours when needed.
• Assist with creating proposals and contracts.
• Responsible for executing assigned events. Includes leading details meetings, rehearsals, and events.
• Should attend weekly meetings and BEO meetings as needed.
• Responsible for processing payments during office days.
• Responsible for handling necessary daily office tasks.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
• High School Diploma
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Previous experience performing general office duties including utilizing email, phone, and POS functions
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• TABC certified
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently, 50 on occasion
