We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing and dynamic team! The Administrative Assistant will support teams in our New York & Washington DC offices and provide flawless execution of administrative duties, with high attention to detail, organization and process. This position is based in our New York office. 

About the role:

The Administrative Assistant will work closely with and support the needs of key senior level staff and others on the team as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Heavy calendar management, scheduling and submitting timesheets on behalf of the Managing Director & Executive Vice President 

  • Managing extensive travel arrangements and itineraries for both domestic and international travel and submitting expense reports for Senior Vice President’s and above  

  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including conference room set-up and catering 

  • Providing back-up coverage for administrative colleagues

  • Maintaining highly sensitive information as it relates to the company and staff 

  • Managing special projects as needed

About you: 

Qualified candidates have most, if not all, of the following:

  • 2+ years of administrative or related experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Highly service-oriented with the ability to work well both as an individual contributor and as part of a team

  • Flexible attitude with the willingness to take on new projects

  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative

  • Strong judgment and ability to discreetly handle confidential information
