We are looking for a full-time Research Analyst, based in our Seattle office, to join a growing team of experienced researchers. You should have previous experience in applied analytics, quantitative research or qualitative research. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious and has a passion for understanding human behavior.


Your potential coming to life:

  • Contributing to research projects from start to finish, keeping the project on time and best serving client needs


  • Compiling, synthesizing, and analyzing research collected from internal analytics and social listening tools


  • Telling powerful stories with data to help inform client strategy


  • Creating reports and presentations, including data entry, chart/table creation, and analysis in Excel and PowerPoint


  • Proofing and checking presentations


  • Conducting background research for potential client engagements – issues of importance, companies, institutions, etc.

You’re setup for success if:
Qualified candidates have most, if not all, of the following…


  • At least one year of experience in market research or market research role is strongly preferred


  • At least two to three years of experience in applied analytics, data analysis, social listening, media analysis, or a related field in leu of market research experience


  • Experience with Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, Consulting, Technology, or Statistics is a plus


  • Quick learner who works well both independently and as part of a larger team


  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a variety of team members and projects in a fast-paced environment


  • Excellent PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create slides and charts that convey key research findings


  • Personal accountability, a strong work ethic, and a positive “can do” attitude
