The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall delivery of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for Ancra International, LLC. The role will provide overall support for Ancra Group HR initiatives and day-to-day support to the Ancra Cargo business. The position is based in Erlanger, Kentucky. Approximately 25% travel will be required.

The idea candidate will be skilled and experienced in

  • providing HR support and direction in a manufacturing/office environment;
  • recruiting and staffing, including internship programs;
  • compensation and benefits administration;
  • HRIS administration;
  • employee relations;
  • performance management;
  • HR metrics;
  • employee and leadership training;
  • workers compensation administration;
  • employment and compliance to regulatory requirements;
  • employee onboarding and new hire orientation;
  • employee safety, health and wellness;
  • coordination of employee events and communication;

This position will be an advocate for all employees and be seen as an HR business partner to the Manager, Directors and President to assist in the development of a culture of accountability, mutual trust and respect, quality, and productivity. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development of HR processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.

Position Consults with:

This position reports to the President, Cargo Division and works closely with employees at all levels of the organization. This is both a strategic and hands on position.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required.

  • Experienced in multi-site HR role

Years of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years' experience

Education Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.

Certification Requirements: PHR or SPHR preferred but not required.
