Overview \n
The Junior Graphic Designer will create graphic communication content and execute production for customer presentations, packaging, and all other product related graphic materials. All projects will involve a high degree of collaboration with the Product Design team, Product Marketing, and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities will include participation in briefing, assembly of content, including photography and copy, distillation of messaging, and independent management of timelines. Foundation in graphic design and typographic principals required, along with a natural eye for creative direction and an even keener eye for detail. \nResponsibilities \n
Graphic Design Services \n
\u2022 Work with the product marketing and design teams in a parallel development process.\u2022 Document and communicate product advantages and innovations targeted to create a positive consumer experience. This includes the invention of compelling visual content and copy for use in all stages of product life. \u2022 Manage the work flow and timelines for Graphic Design contribution on assigned projects.\u2022 Responsible for cross functional work with relevant departments, and with the global development team to ensure proper execution of production ready collateral and packaging. \n
Photography Services \n
\u2022 Frequent location based photography and photo editing (product and lifestyle).\u2022 In-house photography and photo editing for packaging / collateral mockups and presentations\u2022 Maintain public calendar and highly detailed shot lists for maximum ease of collaboration with teams. \u2022 Color correction / retouching of images / follow up on needed corrections.\u2022 Manage the work flow and timelines to ensure all photography deadlines are met. \n
Department Workflow, Budget, Server Maintenance \n
\u2022 Work with cross functional teams to meet production requirements and deadlines.\u2022 Proof collateral samples on-screen and print.\u2022 Maintain awareness and adherence to processes that aid in the management of creative services budget (print, photography, etc.)\u2022 Research cost-effective alternatives.\u2022 Obtain quotes / Secure approvals\u2022 Upload photography / collateral.\u2022 Upkeep folders and permissions. \n
\u2022 Troubleshoot day to day issues. \n

\nQualifications \n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree Graphic Design or related discipline\u2022 1-2 years graphic design experience and working with outside resources (e.g. printer, photographers etc.)\u2022 Passion for photography and post production techniques\u2022 Strong writing skills\u2022 Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office \n
