Job Description:
The objective of this position is to enhance the contractors’ Apex experience by calling existing and recently terminated contractors. During these calls, the CC Specialist will act as support to the sales team in the branch, building a rapport and acting as a first point of contact for the contractor. CC Specialist will report back to the TR or AM of record with any findings of potential openings at the client site or any concerns the branch needs to handle. CC Specialist will also address any specific concerns the contractor expresses by contacting the appropriate person and verifying follow up to resolution.
Initiate outbound calls to contractors to learn of the contractor experience and provide superior customer service experience.
Answer inbound calls and emails to assist contractors with various inquiries, including escalated conflict resolution.
Accurately document communications and follow up appropriately.
Work with management to identify trends and offer solutions to common complaints.
Job Requirements:

Employee must be a team player with initiative and self-motivation; must be able to follow written and verbal instructions as well as interpret written policies and communicate them to the contractor; must be flexible to accept change in priorities and possess the ability to coordinate tasks under critical time demands.
High School Degree and Above
Previous business experience preferred
