Trade Marketing Coordinator

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Director of Trade Marketing


Reporting to the Director of Trade Marketing, the Trade Marketing Coordinator will provide exceptional service and support for the Coffee Service Division and Grocery Sales Division.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support in the development and implementation of channel marketing strategies and tactics to increase volume, market share andprofitability.

  • Receives incoming communications and responds as needed. Creates efficiencies in communication across whole division for the purpose of saving time, streamlining communications & growing sales.

  • Primary point of contact for all RFP's/RFI's. Will coordinate timely and accurate completion.

  • Assist in execution of in store point-of-sale materials, signage and other materials to support consumer pull through B2B accounts.

  • Assist team in educating & sharing product knowledge and marketing programs

  • Support sales teams with updated and accurate branding.

  • Support of line review deck/presentation development.

  • Manage CSD and GSD project tracking report to inform team on status for each project

  • Assist in managing vendor/agency partnerships

  • Creates regular reporting/tracking pricing, promotional ad & display tracking, POS, product dating, category performance & item/forecast trackers

  • Measure performance and impact of all initiatives

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years' Marketing experience

  • Marketing experience in food service, hospitality, convenience/retail or food beverage manufacturing is strongly preferred.

  • Highly organized, motivated & focused on being successful and progressing in a high performance & exciting organization

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Self-motivated professional able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to perform under stress and adapt well when confronted with emergency or escalating situations

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and root cause analysis experience

  • Must have a passion for coffee

    Travel Time

    Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time
