The Contract Services Administrator will provide support, processing and monitoring of all long-term contracts with customers to help meet company profit targets and enhance the overall customer experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all contractual activities for Usage, Installment, Rental Purchase Options and CFPM contracts from order inception through customer invoicing
  • Ensures accurate and proactive communication with respective stakeholders and customers regarding order and billing process
  • Support Contract Services Manager in review of Customer Contracts, Supplier Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements and related legal documents
  • Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field a plus
  • Paralegal Certificate a plus
  • Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, multi-task, and exhibit an orientation to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner and to keep all employee information confidential
