Responsible for functions related to inventory sorting, data entry, and processing/packaging/checking the quality of authorized pharmaceutical returns to manufacturers or wholesalers.
Youre Accountable for:
Performing sorting functions, including product scanning and identification for individual customers by manufacturers and wholesalers
Identifying hazardous and lose control substances
Logging job costing sheets to record times and amount of work completed
Entering of pharmaceutical products from packaging into computer using keyboard and/or 10-key pad
Updating and verifying documents correcting errors
Organizing and monitoring workflow to maintain schedules and quality/quantity standards
Ensuring proper labeling and packing slips for all outgoing product
Generating reports for customers and invoicing
Disposing hazardous and non-returnable materials
Maintaining product flow to achieve production goals
Successful Pharmers Have:
Knowledge of typing and data entry procedures and methods
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer Web Browser
Mastery of sorting and entering techniques
Knowledge of steps and procedures to maximize return value
Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and customers
Knowledge of labeler codes, NDC numbers, and manufacturer groupings
Our Next Pharmer Needs to Have:
High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in a warehouse environment with inventory sorting, data entry, and/or computer skills is preferred.
Attention to detail is required
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as requested
Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen
Prior experience working with computers, experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
Exceptional attendance is required. Must be punctual and coordinate days off with team to ensure appropriate coverage. Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to read, write and speak English
