What you will do
Our continued growth has produced a need for a talented Sprinkler Systems Sales Representative to join our team. In this challenging and rewarding role the responsibilities will include professionally representing the Company with respect to the promotion and sale of Fire Sprinkler offerings to various General Contractor customers and end users within assigned territory and accounts.

How you will do it
? Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of new construction contracts by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies.
? Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company service offerings.
? Close sufficient sales to exceed sales plan objectives.
? Familiar with reading blueprints, understanding current NFPA 13 standards and local codes.
? Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers, general contractors and end users.
? Layout, perform necessary calculations and estimate large contract work as required.
? Ability to build new business associations / relationships and grow the Sprinkler Contracting Business.

What we look for
Required? High school degree or equivalent required.
? Three years of Fire Sprinkler Systems Sales
? Excellent communication skills with strong presentation skills.
? Must have the ability to handle a variety of situations encountered during sales process, disciplined to work with limited supervision, and work as port of a team.
? Ability to achieve sales quota, as well as implement sales strategy to exceed goals.
? Must have the ability to persuade and close sales.
? Must have the ability to handle a variety of situations encountered during sales process, disciplined to work with limited supervision, and work as port of a team.
? Able to work accurately with numbers.


? Associates degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience in the Sprinkler Fire Suppression business.
