Job Responsibilities

Pennoni is currently looking for a Project Administrator with experience consistent but not limited to:

  • Performing administrative duties and assisting with management of construction inspection activities for a division manager
  • Assisting with administration of construction inspection contracts
  • Preparing, reviewing, and approving weekly time and expense reports, monthly invoices, collections, and accounts payable
  • Administering inspection reports
  • Reviewing contracts and help ensure compliance
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and field personnel
  • Assist with administration of training, continuing education and certification of field personnel
  • Oversee field resources (tools, equipment and office supplies)
  • Assist with scheduling
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees
