  • Respond and resolve client inquiries with little to no supervision
  • Prioritize client request via telephone and email while maintaining the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
  • Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services.
  • Utilize established policies and procedures to mitigate risk, analyze and approve transactions.
  • Implement and support Treasury Management products
  • Assist with troubleshooting and/or technical assistance with walking through system functions for existing services.
  • Prioritize implementations and ensure they are completed on time with minimal impact to the customer.
  • Provide administrative support to the Treasury Management Sales process.
  • Responsible for Treasury Management customer service issues.
  • Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and resolving simple and complex problems.


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Treasury/Cash Management and commercial customer service.
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Treasury/Cash Management products (ie., Information reporting, ACH, Wires, Remote Deposit)
  • Strong general banking experience to include client service issues and overall bank operations.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; good organizational, research and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
