Main Objective:
The Product Management Specialist is a member of the Product Management Team and is responsible for activities related to product development, product management and marketing. They will interact with surgeon customers, corporate personnel and the sales force and assists in marketing and sales management and execution of product lines, including pricing, promotion, new product support, distribution, budgeting, sales support, and special projects.

Education and Experience:
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/ Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be a “self-starter” with a customer service attitude and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Rare instances for weekend work responsibilities (for training labs, etc.).
Proficient with PC and MS Office and flat bed scanner.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PC, fax machine, laser printer, scanner, copier, telephone.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.
Language Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures. Ability to read and write in English at a college grad level.
