Job Description:

We are looking for EUC Admin for an immediate need. This is a client facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

 

Requires Skills:

End User Computing & Messaging services will provide Support services for Desktop, Laptop, mobile, Messaging as well as Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management services

Remote support for Messaging Services including Gsuite, Cisco webex calling, Active Directory and SSO

All Operating systems and End user management software to be provisioned

Patching the in scope devices (Laptops, Desktops)

Supporting   the in scope mobile devices

Troubleshooting Messaging issues that span in scope and out of scope locations.

Provide Gsuite Support ,Cisco Webex, Auth0 SSO support

Creation and maintenance of email address policies.

Triage all EUC and Messaging tickets escalated to ensure the Ticket has been escalated to the appropriate resolver group and that the priority of the Ticket is correctly categorized
