YOUR ROLE


  • Provide comprehensive support to the Education Department

  • Assist National Education Managers with necessary in-field education training for chains, key accounts and technical educator training’s.

  • Support National Education Managers with execution of shows, events and training’s.

  • Oversee operations and manage coordination of education creation, implementation & execution of national distributor classes, events & shows.

  • Collaborate & support required testing, development and competitive analysis with National Trainer.

  • Manage the internal corporate Schwarzkopf Professional Color Lab, scheduling, inventory & approved utilization of resource.

  • Provide day to day decisions in the direction of Education Department in collaboration with National Trainer.

  • Ensure that national SKP Education team members/guest Artists are utilized in an effective & efficient manner where our contract Distributor partners are satisfied with scheduled Educa

YOUR SKILLS


  • 10+ Years of experience with Schwarzkopf Professional or a leading manufacturer

  • Possess a valid cosmetology license

  • Must be highly organized, possess tactful and professional phone etiquette, possess a highly positive, mature and professional attitude and be a strongly team oriented

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows, specifically Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook

  • Excellent time management with ability to manage multiple high level projects in a fast paced environment Highly collaborative, customer driven and team oriented

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong Presentation skills

  • Ability to positively and effectively interact with different levels of management and departments, as well as, multiple external v clients/vendors/agencies

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills a must.

  • Travel required (approximately 40%)

  • High school graduate/ university degree preferred
