Job Description
The Benefits and Compensation Teams at Constellation Brands manage key pillars of the Total Rewards
offering for employees.
This entry level role supports the administration of the Constellation Brands employee benefits
and compensation program. You will provide analytical, technical and administrative assistance to
Benefit Administrators, Analysts, and Managers to deliver a quality and compliant benefits program.
Key Responsibilities:
Support new hires while they make benefit decisions during enrollment period
Approve Hire Events in Workday (HRIS)
Follow up with and support new hires that have not enrolled
Medical Child Support Order completion
Notify Social Security and Medicare eligible employees of benefit options
Track employee termination process as applicable to benefits
Regular creation of enrollment files and audit files for vendor integrations
EOI decision criteria review and approval in HRIS
Workday Support Benefits Analyst to complete banking activity related to vendor payments
Support Benefits Analyst to complete monthly inter-company benefits billing process to ensure funding of benefit program
Completes surveys and populates benchmarking data for compensation and benefits
Support Compensation Partners in administering job profiles and eligibility rules in Workday
Compensation change and reason code audits
Provides ad hoc administrative support as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent exp
Solid analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as problem solving skill to ensure appropriate responses and data integrity
Able to work independently, while functioning as part of a team and prioritize as needed
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills -- both verbal and written
Ability to travel (less than 5%)
Proficient use of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Human Resources Information Systems
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual-Fluent in both English & Spanish
HR or Employee Benefits administration experience preferred
HRIS systems Workday preferred
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods.
