The VP of Learner experience (VPLX) s oversees all aspects of the learner journey from course content development and maintenance to content partnerships to customer support. The goal of the VPLX is to help facilitate and accelerate learning that enables learners to find and progress their healthcare careers. The VPLX directs the divisions training development and delivery as well as the support structures to empower learners and ensure their training allows them to meet employer needs.
As part of the divisional leadership team, the VPLX will:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
The VPLX requires a degree, masters degree preferred, in education, organizational development, human resources, or comparable fields of study and a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in the areas of human resources management, academic and/or professional development, or comparable areas. Experience in a hospital or clinic learning division preferred.
