YOUR ROLE


National Business Manager is responsible for developing a strategic partnership with our Club customers that delivers on Henkel’s net sales, profitability, consumption, market share and trade management objectives. 



  • Strengthen Henkel’s position as the preferred Club partner by providing member / category solutions with Henkel brands that drive total category growth.

  • Lead the business development process to successfully launch/commercialize both base and new item / pack innovation in Club.

  • Partner with key customers and Henkel key internal stakeholders to develop, monitor, and refine shipment forecasts using account POS, IRI and other data to deliver against business plan, customer in stock goals and Henkel forecast accuracy measures. 

  •  Manage Club channel trade budget to develop new business opportunities to maximize sales and profitability. 

  • Successfully communicate and partner with internal teams (Sales Strategy, NRM, Cat Development, Demand Planning, Customer Service) to deliver plan. Provide direction to cross functional resources, find insights to drive strategic plan, and execute the plan with excellence.


  • Lead promotional negotiations for optimal planning and investments. 




  • Collaborate with Shopper Marketing team to leverage and drive POS and market shares with Club via loyalty and personalization.  Work closely with the Club customers Marketing Teams. 




  • Work with internal Henkel Beauty e-commerce / digital teams to drive adoption of marketing and brand initiatives for Club e-commerce / digital platforms.



YOUR SKILLS


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Club or related customers. Strong P&L management.

  • Strong and effective communicator, negotiator, project manager with determination, initiative and a self-starter. Creative and tenacious


  • Experience with large group and one on one presentations.
