Job Summary

The NetApp Global Professional Services ( PS ) Contracts Manager Supports Sales During The PS Customer Statements Of Work ( SOWs ) Negotiation Process. These Reviews Focus On Reducing Contractual Risk. You Author And Manage The Annual Updates Of The Global PS Operations & Signature Policy. You Are A Member Of The New PS Offerings Governance Team. You And PS Contracts Support NetApp Legal During Agreement Negotiations To Provide Guidance As A PS Subject Matter Expert. As Manager Of The PS Contracts Team, You Manage And Maintain Several Online SharePoint Libraries Which Provide Supporting PS Documentation And Guidelines To Expedite Sales. You Are Passionate About Process Improvements, Operational Excellence And Implementing Efficiencies. You Have Strong PS Provider Negotiation Skills To Leverage Externally With Customers And Internally. You Are Extraordinary At Communication And Practice active Listening With Customers And Staff. You Support The Requirements Yet Enable Creative Flexibility To Resolve Customer s Non-standard Elements. Your Experience As A Motivational Manager Allows You To Advocate For NetApp And PS Contracts Team.

Job Requirements

THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL TO EXECUTE ON THE GLOBAL PS CONTRACTS CHARTER INCLUDE:

- Manage the team and oversee library content refresh to accelerate PS sales process

- Manage PS SOW negotiation escalations with applicable stakeholders

- Develop talent and career plans for team individuals, and develop and implement knowledge of products, services, and organizational structure

- Manage the Global PS Operations Policy including implementation, training, and governance. Utilized experience in external contract negotiation representing PS as the vendor.

Education

BS/BA degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience, OR equivalent combination of applicable education/training/certifications and professional experience required.

A minimum of 3 years of people management experience required.

A minimum of 3 years of industry experience supporting Professional Services as a provider highly desired.
