The Financial Coordinator is responsible for standard accounting clerical duties primarily in the areas of Accounts Payable and Payroll.
This position ensures that the internal controls and policies are followed in regards to AP and Payroll.
The FC reports to the Director of Finance and is responsible for processing and monitoring of payments and expenditures and preparing and monitoring the payroll system.
Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure finances are accurate and up to date, staff are paid in a timely and appropriate manner, and vendors/suppliers and paid within established time limits for approved purchases.
High school diploma, 2-year degree preferred
Previous experience as an accounts payable/payroll coordinator, with experience in managing multiple functions in a busy environment.
