A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
Responsible for processing new title report orders for foreclosures, lien releases and assignments, junior/senior lien reviews and loan modifications. Additional responsibilities include auditing/reconciling invoices for Client billing, developing custom reports and facilitating bulk data uploads into company systems.

Primary Accountabilities


  • Timely place and track orders for title reports for foreclosures, lien releases and assignments, junior/senior lien review, and loan modifications.


  • Deliver title products in a timely manner to foreclosure counsel, the high risk curative team and other applicable parties.


  • Assign title curative issues to the appropriate High Risk Coordinator.


  • Perform electronic data audits and/or reconciliations to facilitate Client billing and compile data and perform bulk uploads.


  • Develop reports for production monitoring turn time


  • Participate in special projects as needed


  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Skills

Required:


  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel


  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn


  • Effective written and verbal communication


  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized


  • Proficient in data entry and timeline management



Preferred:
Familiar with title services, default servicing and/or foreclosure processes

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent

Language Ability
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Mathematical Ability
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
