The SVP, Enterprise Sales Executive is the front line "face" of the organization and responsible for managing senior level industry relationships in an effort to deliver the sale of all CLS products within assigned markets. Incumbent assumes overall ownership of the full sales process and relationship set and will deliver against the financial and strategic objectives outlined for Computershare Loan Services. Opportunities will be generated around multiple products and services

Primary Accountabilities

  • Source and close one large transformational deal (>$20M in annual revenue once fully ramped)

  • Achieve revenue goals associated with cross selling Patrons products and services from other CLS lines of business.

  • Effectively work with all CLS Sales Executives to meet or exceed CLS US FY revenue targets

  • Achieve targets based upon establishing new relationships with accounts in the Top 150 US Mortgage Originators

  • Achieve targets based upon establishing new relationships with other CLS lines of business with existing Patrons

  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

  • 10 years related experience selling to the mortgage banking industry

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 10 years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience

Travel Required
It is expected that this position may include travel up to 50% of the time. This is subject to change based on many factors, including business needs.

Language Ability
Ability to read/analyse/interpret business periodicals/ journals/technical procedures/gov. regulations; write reports/business correspondence; effectively present information/respond to questions from managers/clients/customers.

Mathematical Ability
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
