We are hiring a for a dynamic Full time PHP Manager position who has the flexibility to work with Adults and Adolescents for outpatient therapy.

Highlands Behavioral Health System is an 86 bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Littleton, CO. Highlands features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.

The Partial Hospitalization (PHP) Manager is responsible for providing support to the day-to-day operations of the Partial Hospitalization and Inpatient Programs including, but not limited to: administrative functions, utilization review, assessment, discharge planning, group/individual therapy, case management, and other duties related to delivering a successful program.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Bachelors or M.S. or M.A. in Social Work or related field with previous placement or internship in a psychiatric setting required. Prior experience providing case management services, discharge planning, group therapy and conducting psychosocial evaluations preferred..

EXPERIENCE: Prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting.

* Knowledge of PHP and/or inpatient psychiatric policies and procedures.

* Must have knowledge of local community resources and services required.

* Must be able to make sound, independent judgments based on scientific and/or ethical principles..

* Must be able to collaborate with other multidisciplinary team members in an appropriate fashion.

* Must be capable of adapting to varying workloads and work assignments on a constant bases.
