Job Description:

Engagement Lead


 
Responsibilities


  • Excellent client interfacing and communication skills

  • Very good understanding of Data Intelligence concepts technologies etc. 

  • Address customer issues with speed and efficiency 

  • Monitor and manage multiple concurrent projects from start till end 

  • Develop and manage relations with key client stakeholders 

  • Identify resources required for project completion 

  • Collaborate with solutions delivery architects Ensuring contracts are carried out according to agreed terms

  • Brings understanding of the client environment to identify and qualify add on and new opportunities engages with client counterparts on a regular basis to understand needs

  • Tracks performance against the account plan expected benefits and profitability targets

  • Monitors’ resource allocation and utilization to ensure optimal deployment

 


  • Knowledge on basic AWS services like S3, EC2, EBS, IAM, Cloud Watch, etc

  • Ability to explain data lake architecture using AWS services

  • In-depth knowledge on AWS well-architected framework

  • Good programing skill using Python or Java

  • Working experience on Lambda, Glue

  • Good to have experience on BigData Technologies like HDFS, Hive, HBase, Spark

  • Good to have experience on one ETL tool like Informatica, Talend, Ab-initio, Data Stage etc

Program Setup:


  • Create Project plan including aspects such as Cost, Schedule, Scope, Requirements, Risk, Quality, Communication & Stakeholder management, Effort Estimation, Resource Planning

  • Seek review comments from Program / Portfolio Manager and customer (as required).

  • Identify, raise flags and device mitigation plans during project onset and during the course of the project

Program delivery:


  • Understand and manage inter component/ module dependencies and do continuous re-planning and reprioritization as required.

  • Validate that the requirements given are READY and FULL to be taken up by the Technical Lead and the team.

  • Identify gaps in requirements vs the envisaged high level scope and milestone (Including NFRs.

  • Usability.

  • User adoption and other implicit requirements).

Status Reporting:


  • Prepare status reports and conduct management reviews with applicable stakeholders

  • Signoff: Review design and architecture artifacts through the design, development and implementation phases.

  • Oversee timely reviews and sign off by the customer (if applicable).
