Under the direct supervision of a licensed engineer, the candidate shall perform a variety of civil engineering work related to the Water/Wastewater industry, including pipelines, pump stations and treatment plants. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager with design/assessment and drawings/specifications preparation. The position requires candidate to have a bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering and 0-2 years of experience in pipeline design or a related technical area. Candidate should be able to take instructions and follow pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment but will require candidate to coordinate with supervisor when questions/issues arise. Candidate will report to a supervisor or project manager and shall be able to work within a team environment.

  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited University.
  • 0-2 years of engineering experience.
  • Must have passed or ability to take FE Exam within 1 year.
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Knowledge and use of AutoCAD and GIS software is preferred.
