  • Responsible for performing the returned mail process(es) on a daily and monthly basis in a timely fashion. This job responsibility is a key piece of accurately providing Credit Memos to Customers for gift cards not received.
  • Collaborates with the IDS Accounting and/or Inventory Management Team(s) to ensure the accuracy of monthly Returned Mail Inventory counts
  • Maintains a file system of data and reports used for returned mail/credit processing
  • Compiles excel files necessary for the monthly Inventory Reconciliations
  • Pulls reports related to the Accounting Close.
  • Assists with the monthly Inventory Reconciliations
  • Maintains confidential information, ensuring compliance with HIPPA and other privacy regulations
  • Establishes and documents policies and procedures related to assigned processes
  • Other tasks and special projects as assigned by management


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Requires minimum 0-2 years accounting or accounts receivable experience
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Be proficient in data entry while striving for 100% accuracy
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team as required
  • Possess strong time management skills
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with accounting systems preferred
