This Expert Analyst position on the Stars team is responsible for the coordination of member and provider facing communication materials, and supports initiative execution and project management activities.
Work with internal strategy and execution teams to understand the strategic vision of all communication artifacts (letters, brochures, articles, etc.), and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
Coordinate the creation of all communication artifacts, track the status of each piece, and ensure all milestone dates are met.
Communicate status updates and delays to all impacted teams.
Provide feedback and edits on draft materials and coordinate the revision process. Excellent writing skills are required including spelling, grammar and editing.
Effectively lead projects and set priorities in order to produce desired results.
Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate initiative status to external clients.
Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with internal and external teams.
Knowledge and experience with Medicare Advantage Stars and/or HEDIS data is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field. Master's Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology or other related field preferred. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company's learning philosophy, is required. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
Five (5) years of experience in a related field required to provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:
Strong communication skills are required to understand, interpret, and communicate ideas.
Strong knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively interface with employees at all levels.

Administer and adhere to corporate and departmental policies, practices and procedures.
Work is performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards.
