The purpose of this role is to provide support to ensure the timely and effective execution of the administrative functions of the Prescriber Concern Process.

The PCR administrator has four primary responsibilities : 1.monitor the  mailbox triage;  2.  assignment and completion of all tasks within the PCR Veeva Vault Med Comms; 3. Coordinate scheduling and outcomes documentation for all PCR Committee and Steering Committee meetings, and 4. Communications to internal and external stakeholders related to PCR Committee outcomes


The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Actively monitor tasks in MedComms Veeva Vault and emails within and triage all requests in a timely manner per established policy and processes, including work instructions

  • Organize agendas based on outcomes from prior meetings and receipt of new prescriber concern reports and coordinate scheduling, meeting content and outcomes documentation and actions for all PCR Committee and Steering Committee meetings, including oversight and date/time scheduling to ensure required representation at the meeting is confirmed prior to meeting date.

  • Responsible for notifying field force of final status of PCR report they generated based on Committee outcomes

  • Responsible for attaching all relevant documents to the Veeva Vault MedComms case files, as well as sending out certified emails to the appropriate delisted HCPsProcess any updates and changes to PCR database in Veeva Vault

  • Troubleshoot issues (user lock out, change forms, access to system) between MSTA & IT

  • Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.

  • Participate in Medical Affairs meetings as requested and support the capturing and completion of next steps and action items as required.

  • Cross-train and learn other responsibilities within the team and helps as needed

  • Ensures Vendor compliance with removal of delisted HCPs from the locator


Education: Bachelors Degree

Field of study: Nursing

Experience in Discipline: 2-3 years.

Computer Skills: MS Office Applications, Veeva Applications.

Travel:  Limited
