Senior Lifestyle Specialist - Sales Assistant ( Float Position )

What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?



  • Making a difference in the lives of the residents we serve by providing care and compassion.

  • Achieving maximum occupancy in the community, while meeting pre-determined goals relative to sales objectives for inquires tours and deposits. Achieves ratios for inquiry to tour and tour to deposit conversions based on community needs.

  • Markets externally and make person-to-person sales calls as goals indicate and documents conversation details in software database

Requirements



  • Bachelor degree in business/communications/marketing or related field preferred; or three years equivalent experience in lieu of degree.

  • Previous sales and/or health care experience preferred.
