Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities
Education: BA or BS degree preferred.
Experience: Requires a minimum of 4 years in an industrial setting supporting process improvement initiatives.
Other Required Skills, Knowledge or Abilities: Understanding of change management challenges related to process improvement.
Project management and process improvement skills including strong knowledge of lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Must be proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Ability to gather, synthesize and analyze data and draw logical conclusions.
Project management experience.
Well organized and results-driven individual.
Incident investigation, root cause analysis, cause maps, and process flow experience.
Interpersonal Communications: Ability to lead the work of others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for executive level updates. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to create strong working relationships with others.
Extensive travel is required for this position within the US and Canada. May require travel to Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
