The main goal and function of a Senior Business Insurance Account Manager is to assist the production team in the production and service of new and existing accounts. This responsibility includes customer service and all related functions of support for the Business Insurance book of business to which they are assigned.
Areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Performs customer service and account management responsibilities which include resolving issues
related to billing, making changes to policies, and responding to policy coverage related questions in a
timely and professional manner in accordance with agency standards and workflows
