Child Saving Institute (CSI) provides comprehensive services to children at risk and their families through programs such as early childhood education, in-home services, foster care, adoption, pediatric consultation, an emergency shelter, parenting classes and therapy.

KidSquad Early Childhood Therapist / Consultant

Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of young children and their families? As a KidSquad therapist / consultant, you will provide psycho-social assessment of children to identify developmental, behavioral, social and emotional needs. You will develop and implement a therapeutic treatment plan for young children in their childcare or early childhood education environment. This includes behavioral interventions, play therapy or other interventions. This position also provides consultation, counseling, and education (as needed) to parents. The position is 100% KidSquad.

Full-time; 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday 8-5 with occasional evenings.

Job Requirements (include but are not limited to the following):


  • Masters degree in social work or Counseling

  • At least two years of relevant Human Services experience in social work or education with young children.

  • Provisional Licensed mental health practitioner (PLMHP) required, Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) preferred.

  • Strong direct, service professional skills

  • Own transportation that meets agency vehicle inspection requirements; Valid driver's license with no more than 3 points; Proof of insurance that meets agency requirements.
