Responsibilities The Manager is responsible for contributing to the management and growth of several accounts and programs, with focus on event development and execution for a variety of event types (i.e. media events, mobile tours, sponsorships/partnerships, festivals, B2B, B2C, etc. and knowledge of emerging trends in pop culture, lifestyle, sports and entertainment.
Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work with UEG team members to develop comprehensive integrated marketing, promotion and event programs that include strategic planning and built-in metrics, including but not limited to:
Creative brief development
Brainstorm sessions (lead and participate)
Development and management of program budget estimates
Support of overall concept development
Play key role in account management process for their set of accounts and programs including but not limited to:
Contract development and negotiations (internal/external)
Weekly status reports (internal/external)
Ongoing budget and production timeline management
Vendor research and management
Writing of decks, presentations etc.
Program reporting/metrics/recap reports
Develop necessary production documents including but not limited to:
Run of Show documents
Staff training documents
Key messaging documents
Troubleshoot program issues by developing solution-oriented plans
Venue, location and event research, negotiation and management
Onsite execution including but not limited to set-up, activation and load-out, which may include long hours and heavy lifting of elements
Responsible for planning and managing:
Program set-up within existing financial system
Day-to-day budget tracking
Grow network of industry clients and participate in relevant professional organizations and networking activities
Support the new business process, including identifying new business opportunities and helping support the RFP response process
Identify opportunities to pull in cross-discipline teams to provide clients best solution for their business needs.
Develop program case studies and assist with submitting agency work for awards and industry recognitions
Display utmost respect for clients, team members and others
Lead and participate in team building activities

Qualifications A Manager candidate must:
Have at least 2 years of relevant experience within the event marketing field and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferably in marketing, communications and/or advertising
Have knowledge of event production – development, execution, wrap-up/recap
Be a creative individual who is able to provide smart and strategic recommendations to their team and to clients for a particular program
Be Responsible for overseeing multiple experiential programs; maintaining a high quality of account service and overall program execution
Possess superior communication skills, be able to multi-task efficiently and be detail oriented.
Be able to quickly prioritize tasks and quickly pivot from one task to another
Be versatile onsite and contribute to all aspects of event execution
Must have the ability and be willing to travel as needed
Have an understanding of social media/digital marketing and campaigns
Have an understanding of the public relations field and a passion for the event marketing industry
