The Organizational Change Management Lead will design, roadmap and execute strategies in support of transformational initiatives to enable global teams to adapt to organizational, systems and/or process changes. The OCM lead will also create sustainability models, observe, measure and monitor to ensure long term success of related changes. The lead shall engage executives, stakeholders and other functional leaders and influencers to enable such changes. He/She shall also work across enterprise-wide initiatives to be synergistic in the approach.


 

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:


  • Plan, lead, and support projects with organization design, organization effectiveness, engagement activities, change management and culture change models that are outcome focused and integrate with project plans

  • Develop, design and implement key messages and supporting communication material (presentations, training documents, talking points, videos, agenda etc.) and tie actions to outcomes

  • Develop surveys and relevant feedback mechanisms, execute and synthesize the results

  • Identify gaps, potential risks and issues, and manage mitigation plans

  • Establish/track metrics to measure change impact, define action plans to promote progress (iterative, incorporating feedback) and publish periodic status/dashboard

  • Establish direction with a high tolerance for ambiguity and with minimal guidance or supervision

  • Build change advocacy networks and support members to be successful change agents

  • Promote awareness/sensitivity to leverage cultural diversity for team effectiveness

  • Observe adoption and impact of change and enable team leaders with the awareness to observe and act

  • Influence individuals and teams without direct authority

  • Apply emotional intelligence to discern issues and resolution

  • Lead by exemplifying active listening and critical thinking skills

  • Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders

  • Facilitate team building sessions

  • Must be a strong advocate of values and principles of transformation and the organization

  • Must imbibe organizational culture and values and embed those in the transformation methodology & execution  

What You Will Need:



Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 3 years of experience in organizational change management specifically with global initiatives

  • Experience in establishing change enablement models and sustaining change long term

  • Experience coaching leadership and project team members to guide them through OCM process including best practices, trends and lessons learned


 

What Will Put You Ahead?



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), MS Information Technology or Operations Management

  • Hands on experience with global technology delivery solution design, including automation platforms, CI/CD, DevOps and digital technologies

  • Direct experience with insourcing models in India

  • Consulting experience

  • Experience with portfolio management along with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) concepts Self-Starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
