Hours are from 6 am to 2:30 pm (Some Overtime may be required - Start pay $16.35/hr)

  • Read work orders/blueprints to determine product specifications.
  • Responsible for quantity and quality to meet efficiency rates.
  • Use various types of equipment and machine operations
  • Inspect products to ensure product excellence and quality using measuring tools. (tape measure/micrometer)
  • Complete all necessary data to ensure production rates are met. Record and document all downtime.
  • Ensure and observe all safety and housekeeping rules and guidelines including proper machine guarding and lockout/tagout procedures.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Must be able to use basic measuring tools such as a tape measure/micrometer.
  • Must be able to read/write work orders and communicate with others.
  • High School diploma preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment preferred.
  • The ability to read blueprints preferred.
  • Must possess basic math skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Will be required to lift up 20-50 lbs regularly and team lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Will need to stand, for most of the shift and bend, reach, stoop and use hands or feet, to press buttons, levers, pedals etc.
  • Will be required to wear PPE equipment such as hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, safety shoes, gloves and any other protective gear deemed necessary for this position.
