The Recruiting Coordinator will assist the Global Talent Acquisition team and provide support for hiring managers across multiple departments. We are seeking an individual who is organized (able to prioritize urgent assignments), detail-oriented (creating offer letters, entering new hire information), carries a sense of urgency (ability to prioritize), manage high-volume activity, and handle confidential information.
The individual must be able to commute to our 2323 Bryan St., Dallas office.
Manage the candidate experience from offer to onboarding
Maintain, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics (Excel, v-lookup & pivot tables a plus)
Become systems expert in recruiting related systems (SilkRoad Recruiting & Onboarding)
Ensure smooth onboarding process for all new hires and recruiting customers
Escalate and resolve pre-employment issues
Provide administrative support to the HR department, as required.
Highly organized and detail oriented to handle multiple priorities
Show the ability to prioritize and complete tasks with a sense of urgency
Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
Display Microsoft Outlook and Word proficiency
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Have a minimum of 2 years' professional administrative/HR experience
Have prior experience working within a corporate HR department processing offer letters and managing pre-employment process (background checks)
Have prior experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System, SilkRoad Recruiting (preferred)
Be customer-focused and possess strong problem solving skills
Ability to set and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
