Position Title: Desktop Support Specialist
Division: Organizational Performance & Operations
Reports to: Senior Director, Information Technology
Maintain PAMED's computer hardware and software.
Install and repair desktop computers and software.
Assist with PAMED's phone system.
Log and track Help Desk calls through Help Desk software
Work with other IT staff to complete support tickets or projects.
Work with contracted technical support.
Provide basic network administration, maintenance, and support.
Provide outstanding customer service to PAMED employees.
Provide directions (oral and written) to staff on desktop hardware and software. Includes classroom and video training.
Meet with outside vendors.
Acts on the company culture by advocating with a supportive attitude, educating people while respecting them and their ideas, and navigating using active listening skills.
