About the Position

As a Marketing Ops Analyst, you will play a crucial part in our marketing campaigns from strategy to execution. This role will have you working closely with both our creative and analytics teams to optimize campaign structure, manage launch schedules, and conduct a/b testing. Along the way, you will exercise a healthy mix of creative and critical thinking. You will also deepen your skills in project management, business analytics, and design thinking. Successful analysts will have the opportunity to guide campaigns of their own and take ownership of entire functional areas of our business.

You will:


  • Conduct analysis to generate customer insights, improve processes, and direct marketing activity  


  • Own the operational components of email marketing, URL building, and landing page construction


  • Build comprehensive processes and documentation for our Marketing Analytics Team


  • Assist in the development of campaign strategy across email, social, and PPC


  • Grow your analytical and management chops through on-the-job training and mentorship


You have:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field


  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel


  • Basic proficiency with Google Analytics 


  • Familiarity with concepts of email marketing, social media, and digital advertising (primarily though Google)


  • Multi-tasking capabilities and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment


  • An analytical, detail-oriented personality with an ability to think critically and creatively


  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with vendors, stakeholders, and team members


  • A burning desire to learn and be impactful


  • Preferred - experience with T-SQL
