Responsible for maintaining and monitoring AR in accordance with Meridian guidelines. AR days maintained at or below benchmarks and receivables are maintained at appropriate level. Process adjustments as needed. Completes AR Data Entry in an accurate and timely manner. Billing is completed weekly and re-bill completed daily as AR is worked. Billing problems are investigated and corrections are initiated. Follows up to ensure corrections are completed and works to resolve billing issues with Medicare, Medicaid and other Insurance companies. Research denied claims and resubmit in timely manner. Completes other duties as assigned and demonstrates flexibility with job responsibilities in all areas

Accountable for overall accounts receivable responsibilities including but not limited to billing, posting, collections and account analysis.


* Associate s Degree required

* Two (2) Years Billing and Collections Experience preferred

* Analytical Skills required

* Strong Customer Service Skills required
