Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehousing Configuration Analyst. If you have an understanding of Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Set-Up, and Warehouse Space Management, coupled with a commitment for great customer service, this is the position for you!


  • Plan and attend to space and storage needs, evaluates the efficiency of means of transportation and proposes improvements in order to optimize the distribution process.

  • Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.

  • Accurately arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of handling procedures and space utilization and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Effectively plan, direct, and monitor all materials planning, inventory control, storage, shipping, and receiving activities so that the organization has access to the inputs, materials, goods, and services it needs for its current and future operations.

  • Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and procedures.

  • Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management.


  • 3 years of industry experience preferred

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.

  • Ability to effectively communicate in writing.

  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally.

  • Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets and mobile devices.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.).

  • Ability to effectively utilize FEI's inventory and logistics system (Trilogie).

  • Certification in applicable motorized equipment required (i.e. Forklift, Reach Truck, Pallet Jack, Picker, etc.).

  • Knowledge of products and client business.

  • Knowledge of TOAD data management and SQL software.

  • Knowledge of WMS functions in the ordering radio frequency guns and dashboard.
