The Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Operations Team delivers and supports all the foundational technology used across M&T Bank. Supports Two Data Centers, 1 Service Desk, 32,000 End User Computing devices, 14,000 Distributed platforms, 24 Mainframe Regions and process approximately 635,000 automated jobs per month. In addition to that foundational technology level, we also own and deliver End User & Collaboration tools with a focus on Ease of Use for the individual employee. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Determining which A/V peripherals are required for conferences and events
  • Monitor and facilitate the conference including the operation A/V peripherals when required
  • Immediate troubleshooting of conference problems
  • Ensuring that all requested A/V peripherals are available and setup for the conference
  • Track equipment failure and equipment that needs to be replaced via MyIT
  • Coordinating directly with the equipment manufacturer and/or service contract provider for expedient repair/replacement as required
  • Coordinate new requests for video conferencing facilities and installs
  • Provide end-user support
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Creating/Managing the end-user instructions for the various video/audio configurations within conference rooms
  • Working with peers to establish coverage for events
  • Train users on the usage of the A/V system
  • Integrated Customer Management; understanding the position of internal clients within the organization and working to achieve satisfaction as a primary objective and education as a secondary component
  • Implementation of internal bridges, integration with Outlook, UC and any other strategic items related to video
  • Adopt and embrace any new video strategies, equipment and processes

Min. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience with telecomm carrier networks and operational processes, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years' experience with telecomm carrier networks and operational processes
  • Minimum 3 to 6 years of direct experience with Video Conferencing/AV integration design, engineering, installation and support.
  • Experience with Cisco endpoint products, to include but not limited to Cisco Video Infrastructure
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams/Office 365
  • Experience with Cisco WebEx
  • Experience with Smart Board/Collaboration board devices
    • Cisco WebEx Boards, Microsoft Surface Hub
  • Monitoring and reporting, i.e. Vyopta
  • Video Streaming using Multicast, Unicast, HLS
  • Video on Demand
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team work/team building skills
  • Experience leading complex troubleshooting sessions comprised of multiple teams


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Digital signage experience
  • Cisco Certification is a plus
  • Microsoft certification a plus
  • ITIL foundation and above is a plus
