As a result of our continuing growth and success, Carrington Mortgage Services is currenty seeking an Early Stage Collections Supervisor in Westfield, IN.



Responsibilities

The Front End Collections Supervisor will oversee a unit within the Loan Servicing Department by effectively monitoring employee’s performance to ensure superior customer service, consistent goal achievement, and adherence to processes/procedure. Collaborates with other departments to identify and implement process improvement strategies. Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervises the entire operation of a unit within the Loan Servicing Department and ensures that corporate standards are consistently applied throughout unit.
  • Prepares and reviews the unit’s daily productivity report.
  • Assists in answering escalated borrower inquiries and answers complex/general questions from Loan Servicing Specialists.
  • Develops relationships and partners with internal departments to identify ways to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness across the departments.
  • Manages incoming email and other correspondence.
  • Maintains consistent attendance to ensure fulfillment of essential duties and responsibilities.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills required.
  • Some additional college coursework preferred.
  • One (1) to three (3) years’ Call Center Supervisor and Mortgage servicing experience required.
  • Specific mortgage software experience, e.g., FiServ, Ensemble Pro Director, preferred.
  • Ability to work 11am -8pm Monday thru Friday
