Job Summary:
Join our Defense and Intelligence Solutions Division. Plan, organize, lead, and coordinate the activities of project, technical, and administrative support staff. Oversee the completion of research, development, fabrication, test and support projects for a mix of U.S. Government and International clients. Projects emphasize system, hardware and software development. Application areas include Avionics modification and sustainment programs to include associated avionics, support equipment, and simulators.

Requires a BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering; other degree fields may be considered with relevant Air Force Project Management engineering experience. 10 years of engineering and managing avionics programs ($3M each for the Air Force. Total of 10 years of experience. Direct relevant Air Force acquisition and project management experience is preferred. PMP preferred. Understanding of avionics modification programs and development of associated avionics equipment and simulators is required. Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executive management and support staff leadership. Must have proven success in managing technical programs and high performing teams. Engineer and managing avionics programs > $3M each for the Air Force. Experience to include at least three (3) years of experience as a PM performing the management and control of budgets (including earned value analysis), personnel, scope, schedule and material resources. Experience and knowledge of contracts execution to include the timely submission of all associated deliverables and reports. The PM shall be capable of directing and managing the planning and execution of multiple projects, maintain strong analytical and innovative skills and have experience building and leading complex diversified teams. Current Secret or higher security clearance a plus. A valid/clear driver's license is required.
