Arcosa Wind Towers has partnered with industry leaders to advance America's wind energy infrastructure. AWT has leveraged knowledge in the fabrication of tubular steel structures to set industry wide standards in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
The Production Supervisor Intern shall work closely with the Plant Leadership Team and other members of the production team on various tasks and projects and improve plant efficiencies. You will receive the opportunity to follow, learn and work with our leadership team to gain hands on experience. Our interns will learn what it's like to supervise in a manufacturing facility.
This is a hands-on position that is heavily engaged in day-to-day production activities
Learn about production operations, quality, and continuous improvement processes while working on key initiatives or projects.
Work alongside supervisors and employees to learn, understand and positively impact production operations
Train and develop management skills while leading and motivating others
Active involvement in employee safety and ensuring overall safety in the workplace

Junior or Senior standing, working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Logistics, Production or Operations Management, Industrial Technology Management, Business Management, General Management or related majors. Recent graduates may be considered.
Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week
Excellent organization, communication and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
