ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Consultant
This position can be based in either Dallas or Houston, Texas, or can be Remote/Virtual.

We will count on you to :
Work directly with our HRSD clients in developing implementation strategy and overall design
Assist in development of project charter, project plans and enablement of training for the client
Understand client HR business processes and employee service needs and work with the client to demonstrate how ServiceNow HRSD will support these processes
Conduct discovery/design workshops and serve as the functional lead throughout the lifecycle of engagements
Develop and maintain design workbooks, process documentation and ServiceNow Agile stories
What you need to have :
5 - 10 years of HR experience with progressively higher levels of responsibility; ideal candidate would be in a Generalist role with varied industry experience
Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Oracle)
Project-based experience, preferably in HR technology
Experience with HR ticketing systems or centralized HR Service Center organizational structure
What makes you stand out :
Experience with global/multilingual projects
SHRM, SPHR, or other Professional HR certifications
